Common questions
- Reset my password. Use "Reset with a recovery code" on the sign-in page, with the recovery code you saved when you signed up.
- Delete my account. Sign in, open Settings, and under Your data choose Delete my account…. This removes your account and study data, in the app or on the web. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Subscriptions bought in the app. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your SOHK account does not cancel a store subscription by itself.
- A flashcard looks wrong. Use the report button on the card, or email us with the card's subject.
- Crisis or safety. SOHK's instructors are AI characters, not people. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). See Safety.
